With decades of clinical experience and a strong personal background in sport, Tim Ellis offers expert care for gym and sports-related injuries here at Combined clinics in Darlinghurst. Tim understands the demands of modern training and regularly treats shoulder injuries, hamstring and calf strains, knee overload, and lower-back or hip pain caused by movement imbalance or fatigue.

He is a long-term member of Fitness First at Kings Cross and is a former member of City Gym. He works with many personal trainers in the area and his goal always to keep you training; not to keep you away. Tim attends at least three Pilates classes per week himself.

He uses focused shockwave therapy, VALD performance plates, and ultrasound imaging to guide diagnosis and rehabilitation. Treatment combines hands-on therapy with tailored strength and conditioning programs. Tim has. aPilates reformer in the practice and a full set of trading weights and a bench.

Working collaboratively with trainers and exercise specialists, Tim helps athletes of all levels recover, prevent reinjury, and return to sport with improved control, strength, and confidence.
